Todd R. Ryden, Co-CEO
Mr. Ryden is a Co-founder of ViaStar and focuses his daily attention to business development, operations, customer care, and marketing. Mr. Ryden was a Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer / General Counsel of StarCom Broadband, Inc. The company was established in 1998 and commenced operation in March of 1999. The company sold to Comcast Cable in April of 2001. Mr. Ryden obtained his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, has a certificate in International Contract Law from Tulane University, Paris, France, and obtained his B.A. from Purdue University. He is a member of the American and Indiana Bar Associations, and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.

Christopher L. Day, Co-CEO
Mr. Day is a Co-founder of ViaStar and focuses his daily attention to business development, operations, financial matters, and project development. Mr. Day was a Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of StarCom Broadband, Inc. The company was established in 1998 and commenced operation in March of 1999. The company sold to Comcast Cable in April of 2001. Mr. Day has more than ten years of experience in management of large commercial development projects nationwide including multi-family, office, retail, hospitality, airport, Olympic venue and healthcare. Mr. Day obtained his B.S. in Construction Management from Purdue University.

Douglas R. Moore, COO
Mr. Moore is a Co-founder of ViaStar, focusing on design and construction. Mr. Moore is the President and CEO of R.T. Moore Company and has maintained that position for 16 years. Mr. Moore's leadership provided the vision and implementation of strategic plans to grow R.T. Moore Company's annual gross revenue from $3,000,000 to over $25,000,000. Mr. Moore received his Professional Engineer License in 1986 and currently holds a Professional Engineer Certificate in three states and a Plumbing and HVAC license in five (5) states. Mr. Moore obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in 1980.
